Founder's Story
At 23, Shivika Pratap chose entrepreneurship over her UN dreams—and changed everything.
After completing her MA in International Relations at Warwick University, Shivika faced a choice: pursue her planned career with the United Nations or follow the entrepreneurial instincts she’d felt since age 17. She chose to trust herself, launching her first startup in the UK through the Tier 1 Graduate Entrepreneur Scheme.
What started as one bold decision became a movement. Shivika organically built a community of 20,000+ followers across social media, with her content receiving over 2 million views. Her authentic “been there, done that” approach resonates because it comes from real experience navigating the UK as an ambitious immigrant.
Her startups gained recognition from prestigious programs including NSRCEL-Women Startup Programme at IIM Bangalore, NatWest Pre-accelerator, and Warwick Incubator. Through her podcast “Careers Beyond Degree,” she amplifies unconventional career stories and possibilities.
